Foreste Casentinesi National Park

Dear friends,

today i went in this wonderful land... it is between Romagna and Tuscany, inside it helds two very ancient Sanctuaries (Camaldoli and La Verna) and ..
it is really a powerful place to me...

I needed to open my soul and be helped to clean it, so i started my day here..

Here you can see a picture from the 00 footpath. It is a medieval path built for cattle truck, and it runs all troughtout the Appenini mountains, always you wlak on the top of the mountains, so a wonderful landscape is guaranted!

In this period of the Year, you can smell a deep rebirth of leaves and trees, and with warm temperatures they are stronger..

today was also windy, and all the little flowers which diyed to leave place to leaves, was dancing in the air, together with a lot of polplar pollen.. it seemed a carnival ceremony!

I walked around for maybe three hours, and then i found even a waterfall where i rested to do some yoga.. and now, after many hours, i still can feel a great sense of Love inside...the trees gave me all what i needed, their breath, their hugs, their windy smile, and my soul was completely new after that!

Nature is the most wonderful doctor, isn't it?

It has been a nice surprise 

to be able to see colours again

after the Great Snow...

some spots from today walk

and more than everything else, i loved today to discover the warm wheater.. spring is behind the corner to come...and i love love this period of the year, when new nature smells come our from the cold..

Today i was considering this: to let the other be whatever they like, even to disattend my expectations... and this let me feel.. FREE.
Free to love them, whatever they decided to give me.

Blessing in white

...what snow did...

It broke some roofs, and branches here and there. outside.

it did the same, inside.

The landscape, in its details, is changed.

it's still an immense wonderful drawing of the Almighty, of course.

changed.

All this condensed Light showed all the darkest spaces, all what is still there to be transformed..

At the beginning, when blackout came, it came also inside.

And there, without light, everything was lost.

White light came 

to make everything completely new.

It came all at once, just because the changing could take place strongly, exactly as these white flakes changed the trees.

And... one thing i learn by a friend which works in the nature: under the snow, the earth rest worm and prepare a marvellous rebirth... no ice, but a white cover for the new seeds...

so, how many poetical but true metaphors in these days...
