NAture's treasure box 2
Hi there!
just a pic of the last Nature's treasure box, a commission i would say...
what else? reflecting on the fact that be thankful and realize the wonder all around HERE is the only way to happiness....yes, i admit, for years i looked from my home out of here (Val Marecchia or the earth..?) just to understand better, that the only home is here here inside.
and the rest...will follow.
My friends, i wish you a woderful week end...
i hope to spend mine in serenity... among the nature's Treasures all around!

Nature's Treasure Box
Hi Folks!
spring is rejuvenating everything... and i'm going into this process with all myself...
I did this box for a Little Girl, my faerie friend S, who wish to keep all her treasures found in walks on the beach or into the wood...
My friends, today my Heart was literaly filled up with Gold, by this little Angel.. and this emotion was so great that i was overwhelmed by joy.
Thank You Life You blessed me with so much Love...

Whispering Hearts
Hi friends!
here i'm again...snow is continuing to fall, this time it reveals us the show together with the wind, which blows it from upside down and let it make a real dance...
this morning i simply let it fall..i've not the duty of office, and so... i just look at the show as it is: a wonder of God! ^_^
I share with you the evolution of the first week of work about "Whispering Hearts", an on line class i took with the Master of crazy stitching art, Jude Hill.
This for me is a complete new thing, so i enjoy it without thinking too much about the final point it will lead me at.. anyway, my aim is always to can combine my love for painting and for fabrics..it will happen one day...because who seeks shall find!
At the moment, this work takes all my free time, i just feel to come to it every time i need art..
i' not painting from a lot ( the real paint, not commissions, that i had a few..), but i look forward to new inspirations growing underneath like the new spring signs under the earth...or better, under the snow!
I had a few parcel, the day that snow let us breath a bit...
I'm very happy about these... some laces from Sonia Cantè' s blog, she made a so lovely wrapping and i really appreciated my first blogger shopping.
The book " Diapason" , about which i spoke few posts ago, and a new book of Mataji Nirmala Devi, the most beautiful i found until now, it talks about Jesus and His Divine Mother...
And i also wish to share with you today, a new song i felt in love with, of the extremely talented american singer Kari Jobe...
Have a wonderfull week end you all, folk!

my first crochet flower
I always thought when starting a new art, that will be too much difficult and i'll not be able...and that's my lack of confidence, a little hall in my Anatha Chakra (the house of Love and confidence) which will be soon overwhelmed by Sahaja Yoga ... blessed gift from Maha Devi Shri Mataj.
This project follow the ties series, as the main panel is made up with that ties i used also for the Caribean bag, and it's another gift for an Angel i met on my way: she will receive it as a surprise very soon!
I did know i wanted to put something on the front, and i visualized a flower... but i thought it was to brave to start crocheting now, and mostly with few hours of time. I went to my mother (a Master Crocheter) and looked with her on the Big misterius book of "All works with tread", the old book she always studied for her project by when i can remember.
So i chose the simplest and looked her going quickly with her hands.. continuing my "too difficult!" comments.
Then she suddenly left me alone. with my emptiness. Should i have learned something in that few minutes of time?
Yes...the thing is: i did.
I went to my studio, took the Big old book with me.. and started.
My hands went on the tread as they were very familiar with it... and i remember i used to do some "pasticci" ( mess, in litteraly translation " bad pastries ) with crochet when i was a child.
But it felt as it was the day before.
And this flower came out so easily and happily...grew with love by thinking to my Angel Friend.
that was the little daily tale.
Bye!

Caribean elfic bag
Hi friends!
here i'm again at the studio, cutting time away for my passions...and with a new bag, that will be a gift for a friend which very soon will go on holiday where i was been nearly one month ago, BVI ( British Virgin Islands)...First of all, i have to say that i LOVE to built thing by reciclying old or used cloth with a story for me...and create out of them a new life.
For this project i took:
-some ties i found in a garage sale on the road for Connecticut in my Usa travel last year,
-an old dress i neither know the owner, but it waited for me in a corner of the roof where my studio is..a very good fabric, light shining blue
- a pillowcase i got into an antiquitè market in a village around here.
This curious meeting of stories, fabrics, and colours made me think from the beginning to S, so i decided to sew a bag for her. The combination i thought, is also very close to the Caribean colours...
and a shoot to the label, hand stitched on a piece of the floury fabric....
I hope you 'll enjoy this very simple and coloured project..
have a nice week end you all !!!

Creativity Stretches
Hi friends!
this week is the first off work...yep!
and i could think about the idea to enlarge my studio taking even the room next to it...that actually is a perfect roof!
Why not?
I like to change and mostly, to see new pieces of land while i' m working!
Well, this space is mostly created for my sewing projects; it's very strange how tables get very easily overwhelmed by things, and call for more space, for other tables where to place new projects and crafts!
^_^
Actually i have one corner for painting, one for pottery, one for pc and sewing machines, one for everything else + little projects... and this new one, of which mostly i like the idea of projecting a new space full of love and creativity! have you ever seen my studio?
I made new experiments about how to make a fabric hard enough to be painted on, with oil colours.... so i tried many traditional ways...sugar, corn flour starch, vynavil... and maybe i'll find the right one for me!
And my Santa's laboratory is going very good...Elfs are really helpful here!
This is a sewing project, for a gift!
I'm Joy!
This is the daily Mantra! ^_^
Enjoy your life!

Little Portfolio

STEP 1
Taglia la stoffa come segue
Pannelli esterni- 28 x 17,5 cm
Taglia 2 pezzi dal tessuto A
Taglia 1 dalla tela
Pannelli interni – 17,5 cm x 12 cm

E spilla.
